Core Team Training, Preview Services, and VBS Update!
Good morning!
This is an exciting week for Trinity Hill Church. Let me remind you of what is happening,
Core team training #2 is on Wednesday, starting at 6:15 pm. Many of you who were able to attend shared how much you enjoyed our time together (especially the box game ice breaker). If you were unable to attend, please come this week! The video from last week is currently being edited, but I look forward to sharing it with everyone soon. Please pray that God will use this time to grow our team together and train us for the ministry ahead.
This Sunday, April 19th at 10:00 am, will be our second preview service. We have been planning for months, what this gathering will include and I am excited to see many of you serving that day. Our sermon text will be Matthew 14:13-21, the moment when Jesus feeds over 5,000 people. Please read the passage, pray, and prepare for the service.
Finally, if you haven’t put it on your calendar, please plan May 31st – June 4th in the evening for our Vacation Bible School (the 31st might be a training night or it might be night 1 of VBS). Details will be coming soon for how you can register your children, invite others, and sign up to serve! This week will be run entirely by Trinity Hill core team members, and we will need at least 40 volunteers!
Thank you for your time and participation in the Gospel work. It is our prayer that God would use Trinity Hill to equip and edify the saints but also to reach the lost who are in need of redemption. As we will see this Sunday from Matthew 14, God’s heart is filled with compassion towards those in desolation and need. Let’s pray that God would be working on our neighbors’ hearts to see their need of Him. And that He would work on us so that we would see it as a privilege to share the Gospel with them.
