God Continues To Work

Greetings everyone,

It is a joy to see all that God is doing from Montverde in Lake County. Many of you were able to attend the Fellowship & Info Update on March 8th and it was a wonderful time! Over 110 adults and children came together for food, investing in relationships, and to hear a quick update on the next coming weeks. A church is a group of followers of Christ who are committed together and walking towards Jesus together. In order to be that, it is so important to invest in building relationships together!

Here are a couple of updates for you:

  1. Our core team is at 58 adults, with almost 40 adults still considering. This is worthy of praising God for this grace and a request of prayer for unity and wisdom. Many of you have asked about the list of the core team being shared and I am working on a communication list in order to do that.

  2. If you have already committed, if you are able, please make plans to serve on both April 19th at our Preview Service and June 1-4 for our VBS in the evening, 6-815 pm.

  3. Please register for our Core Team Trainings that will begin on April 8th, here: https://lifeatthegrove.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/3518949 . There are ministry options for the entire family and this time will be essential for our team and those considering.

  4. I had the opportunity to preach at Embrace this past Sunday as we considered from Romans 12:3-8 how God has given us gifts to use within the church to display His glory. On March 22nd, I will be preaching at the Church of South Lake, studying Jesus’ statement from John 15 that He is the “true vine”. It is also exciting that Spencer Kettell will be sharing God’s Word at Embrace on March 22nd! Please pray for us.

One of our core convictions is Ordinary Faithfulness (Mark 4:26-27), the idea that we recognize God’s transformational work normally occurs through ordinary acts of faithfulness. And it is amazing to see the extraordinary work that God is doing through the ordinary acts of faith and obedience of His people. I can’t wait to see how God will use the ministry of this group of people called Trinity Hill, to proclaim the Gospel and see those dead in their sin become alive in Christ.

For His glory,

Bo
