Celebrating God’s Work Together!
Greetings everyone,
Words can not fully capture what happened during the first preview service of Trinity Hill Church on January 25th! The name of Jesus and the good news of His work for sinners was magnified, and I certainly will remember Him better because of that gathering. God’s Word displayed for us that we have been given His grace to share with others, we have a responsibility to proclaim it with urgency, and it is by trusting in His grace that He empowers us to complete our work! Remember Jesus! Scripture was foundational throughout, songs were sung loudly with joy, the attendees were engaged in the sermon, and I trust the Spirit worked in our souls in numerous ways. If you were able to be present, or you participated in preparation, or supported us by prayer, thank you. How God is using brothers and sisters throughout His kingdom to begin this local church should serve as an encouragement to us all and allow us to give Him all the credit!
It has been a fruitful couple of weeks since our preview service. There are many people who are continuing to pray and ask the Lord’s guidance over their joining the core team or not. Some have asked, “What does it mean to join the core team?” To commit to the core team is to join the preparation team of this church replant effort. A church should always be more than one person, pastor, or family, and Trinity Hill is no different. The body will be much stronger if each member participates in a unique way that God allows you to be able. The core team’s job ends on July 26th when we commit together as a new church body. My request is for every core team member to participate in every event, training, or service as best as you are able. There will be things like sickness or work conflicts so please don’t bring germs or get fired to attend 1 training! However, I do ask that you try to prioritize these moments in a significant way. All of them can be found at the website, www.trinityhill.church
Another question that has come up is, “Do I change my membership, giving, or serving plans now?” We will not make changes in those areas until July 26th. So please, continue to show up for worship, serve, and give to your current church until then!
Let me share some praises, prayer requests, and opportunities to serve!
Our core team has reached 47 adults! Please pray for protection and sustenance from God as we know that the enemy won't slumber on these efforts.
Please pray for those considering joining the core team. That they would seek the Lord’s guidance, invite spiritual counsel from their church leadership, and receive clarity over where God wants them to serve His kingdom.
Begin praying for our second preview service, April 19th at 10 am as well as a Vacation Bible School we will be hosting June 1-4 from 6 – 815 pm. More information to come on these events.
Another piece of exciting news is that our family was able to sell our house in Georgia, which has been a significant prayer request the last several months! We close on Feb. 20th.
We are working on upgrading the outdoor play area, adding a new children’s check-in space, and some other various facility work. If you're interested and able to paint, drywall patch, demo playground equipment, hang/takedown things from walls, etc. would you please reach out to me!? Depending on availability and interest, I might plan a work day or two or allow you to complete the tasks at your convenience, but let me know if this is something you can accomplish.

Don’t forget, if you're on the core team or considering, make plans on March 8th to attend our fellowship meal and info update! This will be important for us to build relationships, stay informed, and share in this work together! We will meet at 5 pm at the church campus in Montverde. Let me know if you have further questions!
Thank you for sharing in this Gospel work, for praying for my family and I, and for serving our King. I am praying for you!
God bless,
-Bo
